August brings quite a few emotions with it. It feels celebratory and festive—it is still summer, after all, and a time when many of us take vacations—but there’s also a feeling of nostalgia and sadness as the season winds down. In short, August is bittersweet. It feels heavy and light at the same time, and August creates a feeling that exists in few other months of the year—one that you want to bottle up and save until it comes around again next year. So, take a step back and enjoy.

Bylaws
Bylaws are legally binding guidelines in a condominium association that define how to live in a condominium association and what happens when members violate them. It is crucial when under contract to purchase a condominium that you take the time to review this information. For example, there will be outlines on when the association meets, how voting is structured, when budgets are to be finalized, determining if professional management is needed, obtaining insurance, and adopting the rules and regulations to name just a few. When someone buys into an association, they agree to follow the terms of the bylaws.
