Crawl Spaces…A crawl space is a small, unfinished space between the ground and the first floor of a building, usually less than five feet tall. Crawl spaces have many functions from supporting the home, moisture control, access plumbing and wiring and are also designed to reduce the risk of flooding and home damage. In the summer months, it is always recommended to have a dehumidifier and/or ventilation if possible.
